Hand-over of the company Ebser Maschinenbau GmbH

Customers of Ebser have received a letter notifying them of the change of ownership of the company.
The well-established Black Forest company was founded in 1920, of which Werner Ebser is the third generation of his family to manage, will experience a change: "On July 1st 2008 I will give the Ebser Maschinenbau GmbH in the hands of Thomas Schmidt. In the future the company will operate under the new name Ebser mechanical engineering e.K.. I am glad that Mr. Thomas Schmidt as the new proprietor will continue the business," Werner Ebser wrote.
Mr. Schmidt started his professional career then with the company Gottlieb Ebser GmbH & Co. KG. In nearly 14 years Mr. Schmidt has acquired experience and know-how in different departments. Afterwards he gained further practical experience in brush production as well as with other manufacturers of brush manufacturing machines.
Since 2001 Thomas Schmidt has been self-employed with his own engineering office in the area of machine/plant construction. His skills in the areas of construction/automation as well as his knowledge about the company Ebser represent an ideal qualification for successful future management.
