New Mixing Machines and Paint Brush Head Assembling Machines from PAGGIN

Always looking to enlarge it's offer of equipment to the brush industry, the P.G. srl - Paggin company has recently introduced some new versions of machines:

M6AL / M6AL30
The latest version of machine M6AL represents the latest step of the design innovation process started with the introduction of the mixing machine for fine hairs M4FINE SA. The new models are more efficient, economic and need reduced maintenance.
The electronic controlled mixing carriage of the M6AL can spread 2 or 3 layers of material in its back run, without need of dropping the material in the forward run, improving the alignment of the filaments and reducing the waste percentage.
The variable conveying speed allows manufacturers to find the right tuning with any different mixture formulation. Six rotary combs perform accurate combing, removing the short bristles and facilitating the mixing.
The new design is characterized by the aluminum frame, transparent guards and external suction devices. A general rationalization of the parts design brought a sensible reduction of the production costs and maintenance requirements.
This model can be configured for mixing any kind of formulation with natural hairs and synthetic filaments. The two versions of this mixing machine are presently made for mixing materials from 44 mm up to 160 mm (M6AL) or from 30 mm up to 110 mm (M6AL30).

M4FINE SA
M4FINE SA is the smallest mixing machine manufactured by Paggin, conceived to process fine hairs, bristle and synthetic filaments from the size of 25 mm to 100 mm.
Even this model takes advantage of the latest design changes as for the M6AL. Its small aluminum frame and the contained capacity are particularly suitable for valuable mixtures and small productions.
The combing section is composed of four rotary combs. The machine is equipped with automatic transfer of the mixed filaments on a side conveyor for quick release of the mixer and easy unloading.

MFR200
Special high capacity mixing machine with 6 fork shaped combs for horse hair and synthetic mixtures from 60 mm up to 200 mm. Pneumatic tensioning of the holding belt system. Rotary trimmers for the outside coming hairs.

TPB/3
Assembling machine for flat paintbrush heads, made with natural or synthetic bristles with up to 3 plastic wedge insertions. The ferrules are conveyed between adjustable belts, with quick setting for changing among different sizes.

- pliers picking position and transfer speed (horizontal run)

- plastic wedges cut size

High precision knot picking and positioning, adjustable according to the ferrules size
Transfer of the bristle into the ferrule with programmable pre-opening of the clamps
One filament spreading device, four pneumatic vibrators and one finishing comb
Single, double and triple plastic wedge insertion and cutting with retractile bobbin support
Plastic coil retractile support carriage, allowing easy access to the three cutters for maintenance
Trimming device for the back out coming bristles
Heavy duty pulling clamps for final positioning of the bristles
Control display with programming and diagnostic functions
Recipes storage for all programmable parameters (some hundreds available)

- Average production rate: up to 1200 brush heads per hour
