We are pleased to present the following paintbrush machinery:
FFL 100 is our new bristle processing line with dry processing system. Compared to traditional bundle tipping and flagging machines this new machine operates with a fleece of filaments. The filament bundles are laid down in a thin fleece of filaments by a patented picking system. Depending on quality requirements the material can be processed in up to 8 stations, individually set to various processing depths. If requested the stations can be equipped with diverse units, such as flagging and tipping devices, which can be adjusted in their processing speed, depth and angle.
One special advantage of the machine is the uniform result for all filaments, whereas on conventional processing lines the outer filaments are normally processed more than the inner bundle filaments. At the end of the line filaments are automatically collected in layers in boxes, ready for the mixing process.

FP 40 H is an innovation for the production of brush heads for flat or radiator type paintbrushes from 20 to 100 mm, including glue/resin feeding and automatic stacking in boxes.
The production capacity of up to 40 pcs./min. is based on manual bundle feeding and can be increased to up to 60 pcs./min. with automatic bundle loading.

o adhesive feeding with automatic self-cleaning and servo controlled distribution, suitable for rapid hardening PU and epoxy resins

FP 900 is a high capacity assembly system for the highly efficient production of flat paintbrushes from 20 mm (3/4") to 100 mm (4"). The system is specially suited to the production of innovative brush designs without wedge or insert.
At a production output of up to 60 pcs./min. the theoretical production capacity is 23,000 pcs. per 8 h shift at a factor of 80 %.
Thanks to the modular construction the system is able to meet virtually every production requirement, including that of traditional flat paintbrushes.
Automatic bundle loading, handle and ferrule feeding together with precision resin delivery all go to ensure performance and product quality.
Rapid hardening resins allow the direct automatic transfer to the high capacity finishing line, making the process particularly rational and efficient.

ADMV is a process for the production of wire frames with integrated assembly of plastic handles for paint rollers.
The machine allows paint roller handles to be produced in various forms, sizes and different wire diameters.

DMA 200 S is a high capacity mixing and metering device also suitable for rapid hardening two-part adhesives or sealing resins.
The device stands out for its precisely adjustable mixture ratio, which enables the unit to dispense very small and accurate shots.
The integrated automatic cleaning can either be done with a solvent or one part of the adhesive.

FBA 10 is a high capacity final processing / finishing line for
flat paintbrushes with a capacity of up to 60 brushes per minute.
The paintbrushes can be fed either manually or from a magazine. The actual number and sequence of the individual units can be selected according to customer requirements.

FLA 10 is a device for the flagging of brushes, filaments, bundles, strip brushes etc.
The flagging unit is available for either mounting on a brush machine or using as a separate device as required.
