Strip Brush Production

SBM 92
The state of the art Strip Brush Machine SBM 92 is available in a range of models from a low-cost basic machine up to a fully equipped high capacity system with a production rate of up to 40 m/min. The machine is fitted with a touch screen control and can be tooled for profile sizes from 1.5 mm up to 8 mm. The comprehensive range of additional devices such as picker, trimmer, comber, flagger, winder, bender, cutter etc. go to make the SBM 92 the most flexible strip brush machine available.

Street Sweeper Production
RWA 250, NIS 900, PT 100
The automatic Ring Rolling Machine RWA 250 produces U- or V-shaped metal rings.
The ring machine can be integrated into a line with calibration and rivet inserting NIS 900.
Recommended is the integrated Spot Welder PT 100 for fully automatic production of complete rings at a speed of up to 10 pieces/min.

End Brush Production
EBM 88
The EBM 88 is specially developed for the highly efficient, fully automatic production of end brushes in large series. The machine is fitted with a 4-station turntable for automatic shaft feeding, wire feeding from spool, pin feeding from coil or magazine and automatic transfer in a closed trimming station. The EBM 88 model range includes various levels of automation and is also available as a low-cost basic version with manual part feeding.

Filament Production

PCD 1000
New Inline Synthetic Fibre Cutting and Bundling Unit PCD 1000 for positioning behind an extrusion line alternatively to a winding device. Advantage of the unit is the exact cutting of filaments without any loss. Due to a special ejection mechanism the bristles are cut in the exact length and laid down into the integrated plastic film packing. Bundling is possible by using PE-film. The throughput speed is up to 2 m/sec.

Trimming and Cutting
MTB 1000
The optimised Trimming Bench MTB 1000 stands out for its easy operation and are of special interest to all brush manufacturers. The machine offers high flexibility with an automatic trimming process for roll and disc brushes with outer diameters up to 1,000 mm and a trim length of 1.25 m (max. 4.25 m). Contour trimming is optionally available.

Brush Body Moulding

BBM and CBS
New production concept Plastic Brush Body Moulding BBM and Cup Brush Forming Machine CBS for brushes or brush bodies of all plastic construction. Filaments are prepared for moulding with the brush body according to the brush design. The CBS machine offers automatic material picking and feeding. The innovative process allows a recyclable brush design by the use of low-cost recycled material, making the machine a cost effective substitute for staple set abrasive brushes. The use of direct moulding allows both high fill densities and an optimal metal free hygienic design.
